We design our online yoga classes according to principles of safe alignment and thoughtful sequencing.
Our trained certified staff of dedicated instructors suggest modifications and variations for all levels of practitioners.
Online classes require the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class they have chosen and to gauge the safety of the practice within your own personal physical limitations. The techniques and suggestions presented in these online classes are not intended to substitute for medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.
