VITAL YOGA

Monday 11am-12pm via Zoom
Wednesday 11am-12 pm at MarMo

Utilizing Satya, somatic floor sequences to mobilize tissues and yoga asana to strengthen and stabilize.  Meditation and breath work to enhance and direct vital life force energy. We use props to facilitate range of movement & alignment. Bring a yoga mat to in-person class.

YIN YOGA 

Tuesday 6pm-7pm at MarMo

Yin yoga is a compliment to dynamic yoga practices, an antidote to a fast-paced lifestyle. Primarily floor work, beginning with somatic Satya sequences to mobilize tissues in preparation for the long-held postures of Yin Yoga. Focused and reflective, this practice encourages a healthy supple body and calm, clear mind. Meditation and chanting are practiced in this class. Bring a yoga mat and props if you have them.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Saturday 10am-11am

Restore, revitalize and refresh in this practice utilizing props to support postural integrity and enhance subtle energy. This practice is therapeutic, rejuvenating and relaxing. Suitable for all-levels and prenatal friendly. Bring a yoga mat and any props that you have.
