SUNRISE YOGA ON THE BEACH WITH SUP GULF COAST

7:00am-8:00am

Saturdays at Seawall & 27th St. Beach

Start your weekend w/yoga on the beach and then stand-up-paddleboard!

*Weather permitting, the class may be canceled due to inclement weather. Please check your email before class for change updates.

VITAL YOGA ONLINE OR AT YH

This all-levels class uses Satya and other somatic practices, yoga asana, meditation and breath work to enhance and direct our vital life force energy. We'll use props for Online Zoom class, 1-2 blankets, 2 blocks, strap, bolster, sometimes a chair. The Online Zoom class is recorded for those who can't make the scheduled Live Stream time. 

Vital Yoga at YH in-person

Pre-registration required and limited to 8 participants. Bring a mat, we have some mats & props available for use.

*All clients for in-person classes must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

*In-person class attendance for clients new to The Yoga Haven are subject to vetting and by permission of instructor.

*In-person classes will be limited to 8 participants per class so that we can maintain social distancing.

*We will continue offering Zoom live-stream classes and Zoom recordings for those who can't make it to the studio or who are unvaccinated.

*Wear a mask into the studio and until you have set up your mat and your practice space. You may remove your mask as we practice. Just mask up to move around the studio in the vicinity of other clients. 

*Please do not come to YH if you are feeling symptoms or have been around anyone who has been sick.

*Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, we have a few available for use.

*We have blocks & straps, if you have your own bolster, you might want to bring that. Our bolster supply is limited.

MELLOW FLOW VIA FACEBOOK LIVE

Thursday 6:00 pm -6:45pm

Mellow Flow is a 45-minute fluid vinyasa class sequenced to wring the last bits of tension out of your day.
The class will build to a warm crescendo and cool down to a sweet surrender in savasana.

RESTORATIVE YOGA ONLINE OR LIVE AT YH

Saturday 11:00am-12:15pm

Hatha yoga practice utilizing props to support wise alignment practices during long-held postures. This practice is rejuvenating and relaxing. Suitable for all levels and prenatal friendly with instructor's permission. Props: yoga mat, 1-2 blankets /towels, bolster, 2 blocks, strap, possibly a chair.

STRONG & STABLE ONLINE OR LIVE AT YH

11am-11:45am

Strong & Stable is a 45- minute, Hatha Yoga & Functional fitness class that focuses on strengthening muscles, stabilizing joints, improving range of motion, balance and building core strength. Modifications for those with low bone density are included. Seated, standing, balancing, and twisting postures are explored. Props are utilized: light hand- weights, blocks and straps. Suitable for all levels. The Online Zoom class is recorded for those that can't make the scheduled time.
Registration is required for in-person at YH class, participants limited to 8.

ENERGIZING SUNDAY FLOW

Sunday 10:00 am

Start your Sunday with a dynamic 1-hour Vinyasa flow that uses sun salutations, steady breathing, and strengthening poses with a focus on alignment.  We will move to a curated playlist in a safe space to get you up and going for the day. Open to all students with some yoga experience (down dog, plank, chaturanga, cobra/upward dog). Modifications and options for deepening the poses are offered.

YIN YOGA ONLINE OR LIVE AT YH

Tuesday 6pm-7:15pm

Yin Yoga is a compliment to dynamic yoga practices, an antidote to a fast-paced lifestyle.
Primarily floor work, beginning with somatic Satya sequences to mobilize the tissues in preparation for the long-held postures of Yin Yoga. Focused and reflective, this practice encourages a healthy supple body and a cool, peaceful mind. Meditation and chanting are included. Props: blankets, blocks, strap, bolster or cushions. This Live Stream Zoom class is recorded for those who can't make the scheduled time.
